SUGAR is set to crank things up a multitude of notches with today's massive announcement of a new single and world tour.

Let the raging begin with "Long Live Love," which follows the release of the blistering "House of Dead Memories" single last October when SUGAR blasted the word out of its reappearance into the music world.

Singer/guitarist Bob Mould, bassist David Barbe and drummer Malcolm Travis have already sold out their upcoming May residencies in New York and London and will share the SUGAR action with vastly more of their global fanbase with copious gigs this year on the Love You Even Still 2026 World Tour (dates below).

Mould delved into how the new single transpired via a press release: “I wrote ‘Long Live Love’ in 2007 while living in Washington DC. It was the George W. Bush era, I was deep in my DJ world with 'Blowoff,' yet still writing pop songs on guitars. 'Garbage 2.0' is one of my desert island albums, so it's not surprising that ‘Long Live Love’ reminds me of a long lost Garbage song!”

The two new SUGAR songs will be released in tandem on one 7-inch black vinyl single on May 1 via BMG. To pre-order the record, go to: https://sugar.lnk.to/longlivelovePR
