Body parts were literally flying all over the stage and sweat was emanating from every pore.
After all, it was Dead Bob night on Dec. 7 at the Funhouse in Seattle. You could say they were kicking up a racket from start to finish.
It was a brilliant and untamed evening of raging and pummeling rock of the highest order, the upper echelon -- you know.
Led by drummer and singer man John Wright of the emeritus punk thumpers NoMeansNo, the ultra-talented Dead Bob crew went the in-your-face route from the onset and didn't give their bodies or instruments a rest until the final chord, drum smash, keyboard pounding or foot stomp.
It was quite the sterling night and one that nobody in attendance will forget any time soon.
Setting the stage for Dead Bob were the crucial supercharged units Redshit, The Swaggerlies and Dick Rossetti & Bulk Male.
